RE: Reasons of internet password synchronization failure
You probably need a Lotus Notes client person to answer you real question, but I'll just mention to make sure that Traveler is using the HTTP password and not the Notes ID password. Some people get confused by the fact that they might be different passwords, so I wanted to mention that in case that was causing the problem here. If you are indeed changing the HTTP password and not the Notes ID password (or have them linked somehow), then you are fine and just need a Notes Client answer.
